How do I check the status of my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your account. You will be able to check the status of your order through your BrushSpa® account.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All of our products have a 1-year warranty.



What does the warranty cover?

Your BrushSpa® is covered under warranty for one year for any mechanical or material defects. Contact customerservice@brushspa.com for any questions related to your warranty.


How do I track my package?

You can track your package through your BrushSpa® account or contact our customer service department.



How long does the battery in my BrushSpa® last?

You should fully charge your BrushSpa® for a minimum of 24 hours before first use. The charge will last 2-4 weeks.


BrushSpa® Safety Precautions

BrushSpa® is very safe! However, you should never submerge it in water, expose it to heat, or open the inner workings of the device.


Is BrushSpa® registered with the FDA?

Yes, BrushSpa® is registered as a Class 2 medical device with the FDA. 


What color accent trims come with my BrushSpa® purchase?

Our current two accent trims are rose gold and cobalt black. Both options come with your BrushSpa® purchase. 


I’m having trouble removing my filter cover for replacement

If you are having trouble removing the filter, we suggest using a rubber jar opener, a letter opener, or a flat screw head to GENTLY jimmy the latch on one side.


Can multiple people use my BrushSpa®?

We strongly suggest that you do not share your BrushSpa® with someone else to prevent cross-contamination.


How do I reset BrushSpa® after changing the Refill Canister?

Press and hold down the start button until the blue light comes on.  Your BrushSpa® is now reset and will recount your uses until the bottle needs replacement again.


Why can’t I use my own solution in the Refill Canister?

BrushSpa®’s PATENTED compressed canister is a proprietary solution that works only with BrushSpa®.  You are not able or allowed to open the refill containers or use any other solution with BrushSpa®.


How long will a refill canister last? 

With recommended use of BrushSpa twice a day, a can of solution will last 30 to 40 days.  Refills can be purchased here.


What do the flashing colors mean on my BrushSpa®?

Pulsing Blue: BrushSpa® is turned ON
Solid Green: BrushSpa® is fully charged, USB charger connected
Pulsing Amber: Charging or cleaning solution is low
Solid Red: Replace solution bottle and filter
