Personal information we collect

You will have not right to assign or otherwise transfer this Privacy Policy, or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, to any third party without BrushSpa’s prior written consent, to be given or withheld in BrushSpa’s sole discretion.

Additionally, we may engage in the sale or transfer of aggregated and anonymized information to third parties without prior notice to you or consent or authorization from you. This information does not include your Order Information or Privacy Policy Information but may include demographic, usage, or other non-personal data. We may sell or transfer data for various purposes, including market research, analytics and improving our products or services. The sale or transfer of such information does not compromise your Order Information or Privacy Policy Information, privacy or rights under this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or disclose your Order Information or Privacy Policy Information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this Privacy Policy.

We may, but are not obligated to, update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect, for example, changes, modifications or updates to our practices, for any reason or for no reason, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
