Return Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNOPENED and in the same condition that you received it. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to request a return. 

 

To request a return, please email customerservice@brushspa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item. It is up to the customer to pay for return shipping.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

 

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at customerservice@brushspa.com.

 

DAMAGES:
If your item arrives damaged, you have 7 days to contact customer service and request a refund. Please send photos of the damaged item to customerservice@brushspa.com and we will provide further information.

 

WARRANTY:
All of our products have a 1-year warranty. All mechanical or material defects are covered under the warranty. Contact customer support for any questions related to the warranty.

All of our products have a 30-day guarantee. If parts are damaged, please contact customerservice@brushspa.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
